South Africa / India (Remote) | Full-Time | UK Working Hours | Executive Networking & Membership
Placed by Hotsourced – connecting top South African talent with world-class global companies
We are looking for a proactive, creative and technically savvy Community Operations Executive to join a fast-growing UK-based executive networking and membership business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of community engagement, events, marketing communications and day-to-day operations while supporting senior leadership.
Our client is building a thriving professional community that connects senior executives, board advisors, founders and business leaders through exclusive events, meaningful introductions and an innovative AI-enabled membership platform. You'll be joining a small, entrepreneurial team where initiative is valued, ideas are welcomed and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact as the business scales.
Company Description
Our client is an established, fast-growing UK-based professional networking and membership organisation with a community of more than 2,700 senior executives, non-executive directors and board advisors.
The business connects influential professionals through curated networking events, leadership discussions, advisory opportunities and exclusive membership benefits. With an expanding events calendar, a growing paid membership offering and plans for international expansion, the company is entering an exciting new phase.
The team is also preparing to launch an advanced AI-enabled community platform designed to improve member engagement, streamline operations and create new opportunities for its members.
You'll be joining a collaborative, ambitious startup environment where you'll work closely with senior leadership and play an important role in shaping the member experience.
About The Role
As the Community Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for keeping the community engaged, ensuring events run smoothly, delivering creative marketing campaigns and supporting the company's daily operations.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining community management, digital marketing, event coordination, membership services and executive support. You'll manage communications across LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email, help organise approximately one event per month initially, and support the rollout of the company's new AI-enabled community platform.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly organised and confident working independently. You'll enjoy building relationships, experimenting with new technology and finding creative ways to improve processes and grow the business.
If you're a natural go-getter who loves taking initiative, enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, this could be a fantastic opportunity.
