Our work helps families save money, makes their homes healthier, combats climate change, and creates new pathways into clean energy jobs for people of color, multilingual individuals, and women. You will be a core part of a team helping low-income, immigrant, BIPOC, and English-isolated households access Massachusetts’ nation-leading clean energy programs, improving home environments, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. As Coordinator, you will be central to evaluating and improving our outreach strategies and operations in collaboration with our Community Outreach Manager. Supporting outreach and partnership development will occupy roughly 70% of your day-to-day work. Outside of this time, you will participate in All In Energy’s Energy Specialist training program, building the technical, hands-on skills to prepare you for a future career as a residential Energy Specialist. Learn how to use the various tools critical to your success as an Energy Specialist, including drills, combustion analyzers, laser measurers, infrared cameras, and more. Participate in on-the-job shadowing to gain insight into the real-life experience of professionals in the field. Complete various certification exams through the Building Performance Institute.
