Why Join Quizlet?

🌎 Massive reach: 60M+ users, 1B+ interactions per week
🧠 Cutting-edge tech: Generative AI, adaptive learning, cognitive science
📈 Strong momentum: Top-tier investors, sustainable business, real traction
🎯 Mission-first: Work that makes a difference in people’s lives
🤝 Inclusive culture: Committed to equity, diversity, and belonging

About the Role:

Most of our marketing reaches students through a screen. This role reaches them where they actually study — on campus, in their schools, and through the products and organizations they already trust.

You'll run three connected workstreams: co-marketing partnerships with aligned products, brands, and organizations; in-person campus activations; and pilot relationships with the schools and districts that use Quizlet at scale. It's a role for someone who likes building the thing and also showing up to run it.

In this role, you will:

  • Run co-marketing partnerships with products and brands aligned to Quizlet's mission — initially taking over go-to-market motions with our suite of existing partners and integrations, and eventually sourcing them and executing the campaign.

  • Establish campus marketing at Quizlet. Lead activations from concept to follow-up, working with event vendors, student ambassadors, and potentially an agency partner, plus teammates in Brand Social and Growth. You set the plan and own the results

  • Manage pilot school and district-level relationships in partnership with product — serving as the direct relationship owner for institutions that use Quizlet at scale, better understanding what they and their teachers need from us, and making sure our product sets them up to succeed.

  • Build a repeatable playbook so activations get better and cheaper each cycle rather than being rebuilt from scratch every semester.

  • Partner with Brand Social and Comms to make sure what happens in person becomes content and coverage, not just a good day on a campus.

  • Work with Growth and Lifecycle to capture and convert the users these programs reach, and to understand which programs are worth repeating.

  • Track and report on program performance — reach, acquisition, and cost per outcome — and bring a clear recommendation on what to scale and what to stop.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience running partnerships, field marketing, campus programs, or community programs with real ownership over outcomes.

  • Strong project management instincts — you track the details, hit the dates, and involve the right people without being chased.

  • Comfort with logistics: vendors, physical materials, shipping, staffing, and the things that go wrong the morning of an event.

  • Relationship-building skills with external partners, and the judgment to tell a good partnership from a flattering one.

  • Clear communication with a range of audiences — students, educators, school administrators, and internal stakeholders.

  • Able to work on diverse projects with minimal guidance, raise ideas proactively, and know when to ask for help or another perspective.

  • Willingness to travel periodically and work the occasional non-standard schedule around activations.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in education, edtech, or working directly with K-12 schools or districts.

  • Experience with campus ambassador or student creator programs.

  • Experience running events at scale, or coordinating on-site content capture.

  • Familiarity with how a co-marketing agreement moves through legal and procurement.
