Community Sales and Program Partner (Commision-based)

We are a growing youth enrichment organization offering two nationally recognized programs: Little Medical School – hands-on STEM and medical-based programs that introduce children to science, health, and future careers Amazing Athletes – a multi-sport enrichment program that helps children build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement We partner with schools, homeschool groups, camps, and community organizations to deliver fun, educational experiences for kids. About the Role We are looking for well-connected, motivated individuals to help us grow our programs in the Orlando area. This is a flexible, commission-based role focused on: Building relationships in local communities Connecting us with schools, homeschool groups, and organizations Driving enrollments into our programs This role is ideal for someone who is active in parent networks and enjoys connecting people with great opportunities for kids. Identify and connect us with new program opportunities Introduce our programs to schools, homeschool groups, and community partners Promote programs within local parent groups and networks Drive enrollments for existing and new programs Help launch new program locations Ideal Candidate This role is perfect for someone who: Is well-connected in local parent or school communities Is active in Facebook groups, PTAs, or community organizations Has a background in education, childcare, fitness, or community engagement (preferred but not required) Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently Why This Role is Great Flexible schedule — work when and where you want Unlimited earning potential based on your effort Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding organization Make a real impact by bringing valuable programs to local families Compensation Enrollment Commission Earn $25 per student registration for any participant you bring into our programs. New Program Bonus Earn $150 for each new program you help launch once it reaches $1,000 in revenue. Examples of new programs include: New school partnerships (preschool, elementary, private, charter) Homeschool groups or co-ops Public enrollment classes (parks, community centers, etc.) After-school enrichment programs Camps or seasonal programs Community partnerships (HOAs, apartment communities, churches, etc.) Corporate or hospital/community outreach programs
