The ideal candidate would work with Community Lead/Manager to manage the community stakeholders i.e. college faculty, student members, community ambassadors Responsibilities: Interacting and assisting members Design and conduct community success activities Prioritize and manage many open cases/tasks Critically review existing product and processes with the goal of constant improvement Analyse the member activities and queries Recommend improvements in processes and systems based on the analysis Improve member references by writing and maintaining documentation Assist in planning, coordinating community activities Help draft/create success stories Requirements: Data Analysis Minimum 3 months commitment for 20 hours per week working Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Knowledge of CRM & ticketing systems will be an advantage Eligibility: A graduating student in the field of Data Science Diploma in a related field Working knowledge of MS Office tools Membership of Industry Academia Community (If you are not a member already, please signup at https://industryacademiacommunity.com ) What's for the candidate: Internship Certificate from Cloud Counselage Pvt.
