Compensation Analyst, Americas & Transformation
About the Role
We’re looking for a Compensation Analyst to support our Americas Total Rewards organization across North America and Latin America. In this role, you’ll spend approximately 65% of your time delivering regional compensation analysis and program support and 35% driving AI-enabled and process transformation initiatives within Total Rewards. You’ll report to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards – Americas and partner closely with Compensation Partners, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional stakeholders. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional who enjoys translating complex compensation data into clear insights, improving processes, and advancing pay equity and consistency at scale.
What You’ll Do
Americas Compensation Analysis & Support (65%)
- Compensation Program Support (25%): Coordinate planning and execution of core programs, including annual merit, compensation range refreshes, and pay equity analysis and remediation. Prepare clean datasets and planning materials, validate inputs/outputs, track approvals, and maintain documentation for repeatable, compliant processes. Support stakeholder communications and training. Provide analytical and administrative backup to NA and LATAM Compensation Partners; handle lower-complexity HRBP requests for offers, promotions, and adjustments, keeping the Compensation Partner informed.
- Job Evaluation & Job Architecture (10%): Manage end-to-end job evaluation workflows using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology for roles within defined scope. Draft evaluation recommendations and rationale; ensure internal equity and alignment with global practices; maintain accurate records and escalate complex or precedent-setting cases. Help maintain the regional job catalog and support job architecture updates under established governance.
- Market Benchmarking & Pay Insights (10%): Conduct job matching, prepare market pricing analyses, and deliver insights on pay positioning, trends, and compression. Support pay equity reviews and present findings for Compensation Partner review.
- Data Analysis & Audit (10%): Use advanced Excel and analytical tools to run audits, confirm data integrity, and identify trends that inform decision-making. Maintain accuracy across compensation data and systems and support continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Policy Support (10%): Support North America compensation compliance activities (e.g., FLSA, EEOC) through analyses, audits, and documentation; escalate risk or issues to Compensation Partners and legal/HR owners.
AI and Transformation Projects (35%)
- Partner on the planning, design, and execution of AI-enabled and process transformation projects within Total Rewards. Identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and assist with developing, testing, and validating solutions using approved tools. Document workflows, coordinate stakeholder feedback and enablement, and track adoption and outcomes.
What Wer're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate compensation function within HR, supporting Compensation Partners and HRBPs.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, data modeling, audit checks); strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies; Korn Ferry Hay experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. compensation compliance standards and regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEOC).
- Clear, concise communication skills; able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences across the Americas.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology-forward mindset with interest and experience in practical, responsible AI applications.
Preferred/Bonus
- Ability to perform statistical analysis (e.g., regression, variance analysis) is a plus.
- Experience supporting LATAM markets and working within global job architecture frameworks.
- Exposure to HRIS/compensation tools and data visualization.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field; in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a corporate compensation function.
- Working toward or completion of the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is an asset.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Advance pay equity and internal consistency by delivering accurate evaluations and market insights.
- Improve decision quality and speed through clean data, robust audits, and practical dashboards.
- Help modernize Total Rewards with AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual work and elevate stakeholder experience.
- Grow your career by deepening regional expertise (NA & LATAM), partnering with senior Compensation leaders, and contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives.
