My client, a well known financial services firm are looking for an experienced corporate services professional to join our growing team. This role will suit someone with strong technical knowledge of Irish company law and corporate governance, combined with a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in supporting clients.


4 days in office but can be flexible on this. Salary DOE



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
  • Manage annual compliance obligations, CRO filings and statutory records.
  • Prepare board minutes, shareholder resolutions and other corporate governance documentation.
  • Advise clients on Irish company law requirements and corporate governance best practice.
  • Support company formations, restructurings, share transactions and other corporate changes.
  • Manage beneficial ownership requirements and related filings.
  • Support AML and KYC processes for new and existing clients.
  • Liaise with legal advisers, tax specialists and other professional stakeholders on corporate matters.
  • Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional corporate services and support.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to the continued development of our growing Corporate Services team.


You will have:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance or corporate services role.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish company law and CRO requirements.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships independently.
  • Excellent drafting skills, including the preparation of board minutes and shareholder resolutions.
  • Strong organisational, time management and project management skills.
  • Confidence working directly with directors, shareholders and senior decision-makers.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.



Experience & Qualifications

  • A CGI qualification, either completed or currently in progress.
  • Experience working within an accountancy practice, legal practice or corporate services firm.
  • Experience supporting corporate transactions, restructurings and other corporate projects.
  • Knowledge of beneficial ownership, AML and KYC requirements.
  • Previous experience coaching, mentoring or developing junior colleagues.
