  • Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting or process issues with the appropriate partners.
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation, standard operating procedures, communications, and training materials.
  • Translate compensation data into clear summaries and presentations for Compensation leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate manual reports and processes.
  • Independently manage assigned work, meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and communicate risks or issues early.
  • Complete a thorough self-review before submitting significant deliverables through the team’s two-party review process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, human resources, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, reporting, data management, or a related analytical field is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze, validate, reconcile, and organize large data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, including meeting deadlines, following through on commitments, and raising issues early.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while producing accurate and timely work.
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential employee and compensation information.
