Compensation Analyst | Benefits Coordinator

Role Description The Owner role at The Campus Review is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, content vision, and overall operations of the platform. On a day-to-day basis, the Owner will guide editorial priorities, review and approve key content pieces, and ensure alignment with the brand’s mission and audience needs. This role includes managing partnerships with educational institutions, coordinating with contributors or freelancers, and monitoring performance metrics to drive growth and engagement. The Owner will also handle budgeting and resource allocation, supervise marketing initiatives, and implement improvements to the site’s user experience and content strategy. Collaboration through digital tools and flexible scheduling will be essential to maintaining a consistent and high-quality presence.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute content and business strategies, including long-term planning and goal setting.
• Experience in digital publishing, online media, or education-focused platforms, with an understanding of current trends in learning and careers.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage contributors, partners, and projects remotely.
• Proficiency in basic digital marketing practices, such as social media management, audience engagement, and analytics interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to inclusive, clear messaging.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and content management systems; familiarity with SEO is a plus.
• Background or strong interest in education, career development, or future-of-work topics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
