Compensation Analyst | Benefits Coordinator

Role Description The Owner at @AccountingBuddyNB Powered By CA Neeraj.B will oversee the strategic direction, content vision, and growth of the platform in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and creating accounting-related educational content, reviewing and refining learning materials, and ensuring consistency in tone, accuracy, and clarity. The role involves managing the content calendar, engaging with the online audience through comments or messages, and tracking performance metrics to improve viewer engagement and learning outcomes. The Owner will also coordinate any collaboration or partnerships, maintain brand standards across channels, and identify new topics and formats that align with the needs of learners and small business owners.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting and finance, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in educational content creation, curriculum design, or tutoring, preferably in commerce or accounting subjects.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for video creation, content publishing, and online community engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in instructional materials.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and scaling an online education brand.
• Professional qualification in accounting or finance (such as Chartered Accountant or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring learners at different levels is an advantage.
