Compensation Benefits Manager

The Role

• Design, implement, and maintain compensation structures and comprehensive benefit systems.

• Manage the grading of global roles and functions, including conducting external benchmarking and market analysis.

• Oversee annual salary review and bonus processes for non-tariff employees.

• Develop and support employee programs, including pension plans, health initiatives, and flexible working arrangements.

• Contribute to HR strategy, process optimization, and data-driven reporting.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Extensive professional experience in Compensation & Benefits.

• Strong knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and social security regulations.

• Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
