About the Role
In this role, you’ll partner with Compensation leadership, People & Culture, and business leaders to develop and deliver compensation solutions aligned with our business strategy and evolving market practices. You’ll lead key compensation programs and complex, organization-wide projects, bringing strong critical thinking, project management, and cross-functional partnership to the work. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of compensation professionals, each owning key business relationships and programs, with opportunities to mentor and develop more junior team members.
This individual serves as the primary compensation partner (end-to-end) for certain major departments and provides support for the Board's Compensation Committee and senior executives. This includes leading the design, administration, governance, and ongoing support of the Company's executive compensation programs and Compensation Committee meetings.
The position oversees the administration of the Company's equity programs, including grants, vesting, dividends, reporting, and analysis. The role partners closely with Payroll, Accounting, Legal, and P&C Systems to ensure accurate administration of stock-based awards, support audits and reporting requirements, maintain the Company's stock ownership guidelines, and certain schedules for the proxy.
While the ideal candidate brings experience across compensation consulting, executive compensation, and stock plan administration, we recognize these skillsets do not always develop together. We welcome candidates with deep expertise in two or more of these areas and are willing to tailor specific responsibilities based on the successful candidate's background and strengths.
Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and professional development. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, eager to share innovative ideas and tackle new challenges. A proactive mindset is essential to advance our compensation programming. You will thrive in a supportive environment, able to work under guidance while navigating through ambiguity.
