Als Complaint Coordinator (m/w/d) Post Market Quality an unserem Standort in Freiburg sind Sie als Teil des Instruments Post-Market Surveillance Teams für die Bearbeitung von Complaints aus dem Feld verantwortlich.

Unser Angebot an Sie

• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Qualitätsingenieuren sind Sie verantwortlich für das Erfassen, Anfragen und Dokumentieren von reklamationsrelevanten Informationen.
• Für die Fehleranalyse unterstützen Sie das Team bei der Koordination und der Produktuntersuchung.

• Weiterhin gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet die entsprechende Dokumentation und Pflege verschiedenen Datenbanken zur Sicherstellung konformer Prozess-Dokumentation (SAP, TrackWise, MS Office)

• In Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Qualitätsingenieuren, sowie unseren Partnern wie R&D, Quality Assurance und Clinical führen Sie Reklamationsauswertungen durch
• Abgerundet wird Ihr Aufgabenfeld durch die aktive Mitarbeit an operativen, bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung unserer Produkte, sowie qualitätsrelevanter Prozesse.

Das zeichnet Sie aus​

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische, IT-nahe Berufsausbildung oder über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position. Wir geben aber auch motivierten Absolvent*innen gerne eine Chance!
• Bestenfalls konnten Sie bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrungen in einem regulierten Umfeld sammeln – Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Eignung sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!
• Sie zeichnen sich ferner durch Ihre sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus, sowie Ihr hohes Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohe IT-Affinität.
• Ihr Profil wird durch Ihre sehr guten schriftlichen Englischkenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office abgerundet.

Germany Pay Ranges:

• Freiburg/Stetten 39Std: €3.774 - €6.223 EUR Monthly

Work Flexibility

• Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

• Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

• Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

• Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
