Compliance Analyst

Role Description The Compliance Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting adherence to regulatory, financial, and internal policy requirements across the company’s operations. This role involves reviewing project documentation and contracts to ensure compliance with relevant building codes, industry standards, and internal procedures. The Compliance Analyst will perform routine auditing of financial and operational records, identify potential risks or gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, preparing compliance reports, communicating findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with project and finance teams to implement improvements. The role may also support the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, checklists, and training materials.

• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, evaluate risk, and support accurate reporting.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should have attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Relevant experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or finance, preferably within construction or real estate, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
