Head of Private Banking

Role Description The Head of Private Banking will lead the development and management of private banking services within the law firm’s international framework. This part-time, remote role includes overseeing client portfolios, coordinating personalized financial solutions, and ensuring high standards of service for high-net-worth clients and legal professionals. Day-to-day tasks involve managing and growing client relationships, monitoring portfolio performance, collaborating with legal and financial teams on integrated solutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also includes setting strategic priorities for private banking offerings, mentoring team members, and contributing to business development initiatives aligned with the firm’s international growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Private Banking and Finance skills, including experience serving high-net-worth clients.
• Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills for overseeing and optimizing diversified investment portfolios.
• Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and coordinate private banking staff and cross-functional partners.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or private banking credentials) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and ethical standards in financial services.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with or alongside law firms, legal associations, or professional services organizations is beneficial.
