Ready to impact a better future?

As a Compliance Co-Ordinator in our Health team, you’ll help ensure technical compliance is maintained across multiple contracts, supporting safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery. Working closely with operational teams and the central Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate compliance records, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement.

Our work touches lives every day, and this role helps create a positive impact on communities by supporting healthcare environments that are safe, compliant, and ready to deliver essential services. You'll help build trust through accurate reporting, strong governance, and collaborative working, while creating impactful solutions that support operational excellence and help impact a better future.

What you’ll do as a Compliance Co-Ordinator

  • Coordinate day-to-day technical compliance activities across a portfolio of contracts, ensuring consistent use of CAFM systems and processes.
  • Support the accuracy and quality of asset records, maintenance schedules, work orders, compliance evidence, and operational data.
  • Monitor planned and reactive maintenance activities, identifying risks, trends, overdue actions, and potential service issues.
  • Prepare and quality-check compliance and performance reports for management teams, clients, audits, and assurance reviews.
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining clear records, technical documentation, evidence trails, and action trackers.
  • Work collaboratively with Contract Managers, operational teams, engineers, and the central CAFM team to improve data quality and compliance performance.

Does this sound like you?

  • Experience working within facilities management, estates, engineering support, compliance, or contract management environments.
  • Strong understanding of CAFM systems, maintenance processes, asset data management, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites and contracts.
  • Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to identify problems, analyse data, coordinate corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What we offer

  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (and the option to buy up to five additional leave days each year)
  • Up to 6% contributory pension scheme
  • Over 1,100 internal courses available, funding for qualifications and apprenticeships (we currently offer over 60 different apprenticeships), mentoring opportunities, and a focus on internal progression.
  • Employee Assistance Programme, Bupa Anytime HealthLine, wellbeing app, 30% off at Serco-managed leisure centres, and 24/7 access to a virtual GP service
  • Discounts across around 1,000 retailers, from food and clothing to days out, entertainment and travel
  • Paid volunteering day, tax-free charitable giving through Payroll Giving Scheme, donate your pennies from your monthly pay to the Serco People Fund Charity
