Compliance Director

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteer role is a part-time, remote position responsible for organizing and overseeing volunteer activities that support UAE IB Association programs and events. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling and coordinating assignments, and ensuring volunteers receive clear guidance and training. The coordinator will maintain regular communication with volunteers, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing support to help them succeed in their roles. This position also includes collaborating with association leadership to identify volunteer needs, tracking volunteer participation, and gathering feedback to improve volunteer engagement. The role requires consistent use of online tools to manage volunteer information, conduct virtual meetings, and share updates with the broader community.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training to effectively recruit, orient, and support volunteers.
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build positive relationships and convey information clearly.
• Candidates should possess experience or interest in Community Outreach to engage schools, educators, students, and families in association initiatives.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized records of volunteer activities.
• Comfort using digital tools and platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared documents) for coordination and communication.
• Prior experience in education, nonprofit organizations, or coordinating volunteers is beneficial.
