ABOUT THE JOB
The Compliance Manager keeps Skin Pharm's entities, filings, licenses and new clinic openings on schedule. This person runs the compliance calendar and acts as the project manager between our internal teams and outside partners, including tax firms, legal counsel and registered agents.
The role sits in Finance, reporting to the Director of Accounting, and works daily with Operations, HR, clinical leadership and Accounting. It also owns administration of our purchasing and inventory system. We want a highly organized coordinator who builds trackers and playbooks, follows every item to closure, and knows when to escalate.
