Compliance Manager - Dutch speaking (all genders)

Your Day to Day: Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for a global provider of cash and payment solutions (e.g. anti-corruption, financial compliance, supply chain compliance, anti-money laundering, as well as cross-functional areas such as tax & export compliance, IT compliance, and HR compliance; excluding data protection/privacy). Support customer tenders (RFPs/RFQs), including the creation of an automated compliance Q&A catalogue. Negotiate customer contracts, particularly regarding regulatory obligations. Advise and support management and business departments on compliance-related matters, including the design of our payment automation solutions. Independently identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks at Serrala, and develop and implement compliance policies and processes. Deliver training and raise awareness among employees on various compliance topics. Support audits and compliance reviews, particularly in connection with our existing and planned certifications (ISO, SOC 2). Conduct the annual ESG assessment in line with shareholder requirements. What makes you excel in this position: Degree in Law, Business Law, or a comparable field of study. Relevant professional experience in compliance and working with various regulations, ideally in an international environment. Initial expertise in compliance and a broad understanding of the relevant regulations and non-industry-specific regulatory requirements in the Netherlands, Germany and Europe. Strong analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving orientation. Hands-on mentality, independence, and a self-driven approach to finding solutions. Languages: Dutch (C2) and English (C1/C2); German skills (B2) are an advantage.
