Compliance Officer

The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of compliance and integrity within our organization. The main responsibilities of the position include: Support the development, review, and revision of compliance policies and procedures, and their distribution to all employees Assist in receiving and reviewing complaints related to compliance issues following our Company’s complaints handling procedure Conduct reviews and provide approvals for marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to compliance standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified compliance issues Conduct desk-based reviews and inspections as part of our 'Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring Program', ensuring the Company's compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and assessing the effectiveness of internal policies and control procedures Assist other members of the team in fulfilling monthly, yearly and ad-hoc regulatory reporting obligations Stay informed on evolving regulatory frameworks and ensure timely adaptation across all Group entities Provide general support to the compliance team as needed including, but not limited to, carrying out special projects Main requirements: Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a similar position CySEC Advanced certification will be considered an advantage Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Integrity of character and high levels of confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefit from: Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward Food allowance Private health insurance Corporate pension fund Intellectually stimulating work environment Continuous personal development and international training opportunities The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You Let’s Connect – Intro Chat with Talent Acquisition Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team Final Connection – Final Interview All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
