Compliance Officer (Remote) — Philippines

This is a genuinely permanent, 100% remote role. No office, no commute, no return-to-office plans down the line — and a real opportunity to grow into a leadership track within our company.

Location: 100% remote, permanently — based in the Philippines

What You'll Do

• Conduct internal audits of attendance, productivity, overtime, KPIs, and operational processes
• Review employee records, timekeeping data, and reports for irregularities or potential policy violations
• Investigate compliance concerns, documentation discrepancies, and suspected misconduct
• Review disciplinary actions to confirm proper policy enforcement and due process
• Identify operational risks and prepare clear, evidence-based reports for leadership
• Recommend improvements based on audit findings and root-cause analysis

You're a great fit if you have:

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, HR, Risk Management, Operations, Compliance, or Internal Auditing
• Leadership experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, SME, POC, or similar — ideally in a BPO or remote environment
• Strong analytical and investigative instincts
• Experience working with employee records, operational data, or timekeeping reports
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• A solid grasp of policy enforcement, documentation, and root-cause analysis
• A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Experience analyzing employee or operational data using Excel or Google Sheets
• Availability for the schedule above
• A personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM
• Reliable internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speed
