Computer Aided Design Drafter

We’re Hiring | Architectural Draftsman / 3D Draftsman

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team on a part-time or remote basis.

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience who is confident in AutoCAD and 3D modelling/Revit and understands how architectural designs translate into technically accurate, buildable drawings.

Key Skills

• AutoCAD — strong technical drafting skills
• Revit and/or other 3D modelling software
• Preparation of plans, sections and elevations
• Axonometric drawings — required
• Detailed working drawings and construction details
• Understanding of architectural detailing, dimensions, levels and materials
• Ability to translate design concepts/sketches into accurate drawings
• Good understanding of how drawings are actually executed on site
• Strong attention to detail and drawing organization
• Ability to coordinate drawings and identify inconsistencies

What we need from you

We are not looking for someone who only produces renders or presentation drawings.

You should be comfortable producing drawings that a contractor or fabricator can actually work from.
