Full-Time Remote Design Associate

We're Hiring: Full-Time Remote Design Associate (Growth Path to Creative Lead)

INNOVentures Global is looking for a full-time, remote Design Associate to join our lean, fast-moving team. This role is ideal for someone 1–2 years out of college with a strong design foundation, hungry to grow, and ready to bring their creativity to purpose-driven projects.

We’re offering flexibility, autonomy, and a real chance to lead — but only once you’ve shown the ability to listen, learn, and execute well. Leadership here is earned through ownership and consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Design layouts and visual content across platforms for both digital and print — including social media posts, posters, reports, reels, and short-form videos (animated or video-based).
• Work across multiple business streams and projects, often simultaneously.
• Translate creative briefs into original visuals — not templates or recycled ideas.
• Collaborate remotely with the wider team and deliver work on time without handholding.
  

What You Bring:

• A portfolio that shows fresh, original thinking — you’ve moved past copying aesthetics and are starting to build your own voice.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and optionally Figma, CapCut, Blender, or others you’re comfortable with.
• Ability to take feedback, listen deeply, and refine your work without ego.
• Some basic motion or video editing skills are a big plus.
