Position Responsibilities Expert Finishing: Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete floors, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and other flatwork. Precision Tooling: Masterfully use hand and power tools including trowels, floats, screeds, and edgers to achieve specified textures and finishes. Specialized Techniques: Apply finishing techniques such as broom finishes or stamped patterns as required by project plans. Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by cleaning and setting forms or molds; collaborate with the team on proper mixing and pouring. Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets exact measurements and safety standards; patch and repair damaged surfaces as needed. Safety & Efficiency: Adhere to all safety protocols (PPE) and communicate effectively with the crew to meet tight project timelines. Qu alifications & Requirements Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a Concrete Finisher. Technical Skills: Proficiency in concrete mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing techniques; ability to read blueprints and plans. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks (standing, bending, lifting) in various weather conditions. Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship. Compliance: Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing ( Drug-Free Workplace ).
