Our client specializes in
high-quality, content-heavy conferences
—6–7 annually—that feature
technical topic discussions
with subject matter experts (SMEs) and audiences ranging from
150 to 1,500+ participants

Key Responsibilities
Market Research
: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities for commercially viable conference topics.
Agenda Creation
: Develop comprehensive, intellectually engaging agendas with clear value propositions for attendees.
Speaker Recruitment
: Identify, approach, and secure thought leaders, keynote speakers, and panelists from relevant industries.
Collaboration
: Partner with marketing teams to create compelling promotional content.
Event Execution
: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of conferences, ensuring content quality and audience engagement.
Who We're Looking For

Understand content-heavy conferences
: Focus on delivering
technical, topic-driven events
rather than trade shows or exhibitions.
Scale conferences effectively
: Have experience producing multiple conferences per year with varying audience sizes.
Evaluate commercial viability
: Know what makes a conference profitable and valuable to its audience.
Experience & Skills
:
2–5+ years in conference production (business or legal sectors preferred).
Strong research, critical thinking, and networking skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with SMEs and senior stakeholders.
Commercial acumen to develop profitable conference concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree (JD or MBA preferred).
Multilingual candidates (e.g., French, Spanish, or German) are a plus.
Background in defense, aerospace, or technical industries is an advantage.
