Evion is looking for experienced Conference Sponsorship Experts to join our team. We provide an AI-powered platform that helps conference organizers identify potential sponsors, manage outreach, and build stronger commercial partnerships. In this role, you will leverage our technology to secure sponsorships for various events, including summits, exhibitions, and festivals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source sponsorship opportunities for conferences, summits, and exhibitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing leaders, partnership teams, and decision-makers.
• Develop compelling, value-driven sponsorship proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and negotiation to closing agreements.
• Collaborate with event organizers to understand their goals, audiences, and inventory.
• Utilize the Evion platform to streamline discovery, relationship management, and workflows.
• Cultivate long-term, repeat partnerships.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience securing sponsorships for conferences, summits, exhibitions, or festivals.
• Existing network and relationships with brands, marketing leaders, or sponsorship decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close commercial partnerships.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
