On behalf of the Italian Entrepreneurial Holding of a growing international Group, we are looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Manager.

Reporting directly to the Corporate Finance Manager, this is a stand-alone role.

The successful candidate will actively contribute to building Group accounting processes and must possess comprehensive knowledge of IFRS principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, including adjusting and consolidation entries.
  • Reconciliation of intercompany accounts and elimination entries, including the investigation and resolution of reconciliation variances.
  • Translation of foreign subsidiaries' financial statements and management of foreign exchange differences.
  • Management of changes in the consolidation scope, including acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, and corporate reorganizations.
  • Support in accounting for Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), goodwill, and consolidation differences, where applicable.
  • Preparation of reporting packages and accounting instructions for Group companies.
  • Analysis of data submitted by subsidiaries, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and managing detailed follow-up requests.
  • Support in preparing the consolidated Notes to the Financial Statements and documentation for auditors and corporate governance bodies.
  • Liaison with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to ensure consistency between management reporting and consolidated financial data.
  • Liaison with the administrative teams of foreign subsidiaries, providing support for accounting and administrative activities.


Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting, External Audit, or Corporate Accounting.
  • Previous experience within multinational listed companies or top-tier audit and advisory firms.
  • Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS
  • Proven ability to manage complex reporting activities under tight deadlines
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, used regularly in a professional environment.
  • Knowledge of USGAAP and experience with Oracle are a plus


Offer

  • Permanent employment Contract
  • RAL between €50,000 and €60,000
  • 1 day of remote working per week
