Construction Management Digital Delivery Leader

The Opportunity

Are you ready to shape how technology, data, and models are put to work on active construction projects? RS&H is seeking a Construction Management Digital Delivery Leader to build and lead the digital effort supporting our Construction Management business unit.

This is a leadership opportunity with real ownership, and we're looking for someone with a genuine desire to build something. You'll work with CM leadership to set the digital direction for the team, manage and grow capabilities across the country, and represent the business unit in enterprise digital governance. You'll collaborate broadly across CM, enterprise digital, and client teams, partnering with CM leadership on strategic direction while owning the outcomes and pushing initiatives forward.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute the Construction Management digital delivery strategy in partnership with the senior leadership team, aligning business unit initiatives with enterprise digital transformation goals.
• Establish and scale digital delivery standards, workflows, and best practices that improve project quality, efficiency, risk management, and client outcomes.
• Oversee Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), reality capture, field technology, and digital project delivery programs that support successful project execution.
• Partner with project teams, project controls, CEI, and client stakeholders to translate digital delivery requirements into practical, scalable solutions across construction programs, including finding efficiency and innovation opportunities within client-imposed systems and frameworks.
• Collaborate with enterprise digital, technology, and innovation leaders to advance data management, governance, reporting, and technology-stack investment for the Construction Management business unit, including application portfolio management and optimization of workflows across client-hosted and internal applications.
• Drive adoption of emerging construction technologies through evaluation, implementation, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support business development and client engagement activities by positioning RS&H's digital delivery capabilities and thought leadership.
• Measure and report on digital maturity, adoption, business impact, and strategic progress, with the opportunity to build and lead a digital delivery team as the function grows.
• Develop and support data-driven reporting workflows that integrate construction management, project controls, schedule, cost and progress data into clear, repeatable tools for project teams and leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Information Systems, or another related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience in construction management, construction engineering and inspection, or digital delivery leadership within the AEC industry
• Direct experience with: BIM, VDC, and reality capture, GIS, data analytics, or AI-enabled construction workflows
• Proven record of managing professional teams and driving digital adoption across a distributed project portfolio
• Demonstrated success implementing model-based coordination, quality assurance standards, and data-driven construction workflows
• Demonstrated experience developing reports, dashboards, queries, or data models using project controls data including schedule, cost, progress, forecast and performance information
• Strong understanding of construction delivery methods, project controls, and how field teams actually work
• Working knowledge of common data environments, model-based collaboration, and construction data standards
• Ability to influence stakeholders, lead change, and communicate effectively with executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Autodesk (Forma/Build), Bentley (ProjectWise/Synchro Infrastructure Cloud), Trimble Business Center, AASHTOWare, Primavera P6, Procore, Kahua, AASHTOWare, Power BI, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Experience with GIS, data analytics, or AI-enabled construction workflows, with AI demonstrated through practical, tested applications rather than isolated experiments
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Professional registration or certification (PE, CCM, CM-BIM, VDC, PMP)
• Experience supporting public agency clients with formal digital delivery or electronic construction requirements
• Travel up to 30% may be required based on project and client needs, including access to active construction sites
