Position Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for the day-to-day field execution of National Fiber Team projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer specifications, NTI standards, and contractual requirements.
The Construction Manager serves as the field leader responsible for coordinating manpower, subcontractors, logistics, quality, production, customer communications, and issue resolution while developing field leadership and maintaining operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Field Leadership
Responsible for overall field execution.
• Lead all assigned field personnel
• Supervise General Foremen and Foremen
• Set daily production expectations
• Conduct shift kickoffs
• Conduct end-of-shift reviews
• Ensure crews understand daily objectives
• Remove field obstacles impacting production
• Drive accountability throughout the organization

4. Production Management

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in a field leadership role (Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, or equivalent)
• Experience leading multiple crews simultaneously
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Experience on large commercial, mission critical, or hyperscale data center projects
