Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager / Superintendent Location: Seattle, WA (onsite / local travel between projects) Compensation: $85,000 per year base + quarterly performance incentives. Role Summary: We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Superintendent to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role combines field leadership, schedule and budget ownership, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades. Own project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, and change order management. Conduct and enforce site safety programs and regular safety inspections. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and city/agency inspectors. Lead project kickoff, weekly progress meetings, and client communications. Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation using Projul. Mentor onsite foremen and staff; drive continuous improvement and quality control. Required Qualifications: 6+ years construction experience; leadership experience preferred. Proven track record managing commercial or multifamily projects in the Seattle/PNW market. Strong scheduling and budget-management skills. Proficient with Projul (construction scheduling/documentation). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, LEED or sustainable construction experience. Trade background or additional construction certifications.
