Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage warehouse infrastructure projects, including pallet racking, mezzanines, shelving, dock equipment, and sprinkler system upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from planning through installation and completion.

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and material take-offs.

• Coordinate vendors, materials, customers, engineers, and city officials.

• Understand construction permits and regulatory requirements.

• Read technical drawings and coordinate with AutoCAD designers.

• Conduct job site visits and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 5+ years of construction-related experience, preferably in warehouse buildouts, racking, or conveyors.

• Ability to read technical drawings and working knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica

• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
