Our client operates across multiple locations in the United States and is looking for experienced professionals to join their dynamic team. Position Overview: As a Construction Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing on-site operations and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects within budget and on schedule. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on project management and adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Manage on-site operations and provide guidance on quality and productivity issues. Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules. Develop and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, ensuring alignment with government and contractual guidelines. Participate in project planning and coordinate efforts to meet project milestones. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Collaborate with project stakeholders to address and resolve issues promptly. Uphold company standards and policies to create a safe and productive work environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of construction experience with a proven track record in project management. Strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and safety protocols. Proficiency in developing and monitoring CPM schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with government and contractual guidelines related to construction projects.
