D&G Solutions is seeking a Consultant – Additive Manufacturing to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Retail Integration Support team. Working within DLA Logistics Operations (J3), this role supports DLA's J34 Additive Manufacturing Process Integration mission and contributes to the strategic management of end-to-end supply chains that directly impact warfighter readiness across all levels of conflict.

What You Will Do

• Support the Additive Manufacturing Process Integration Support Team.
• Support the facilitation of monthly Additive Manufacturing Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings related to process gap solutions.
• Support Government coordination with the Federal Cataloging Committee and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) for research and development, acquisition, sustainment, and policy recommendations.
• Identify Additive Manufacturing candidates among top aged backorders and coordinate the identification process across the DLA enterprise.
• Maintain a dashboard providing real-time status of technical, quality, and procurement action Additive Manufacturing use cases.
• Provide industry perspective and guidance while recommending DLA actions to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with DLA J7 and provide research and input supporting business case analysis for the Digital Direct Vendor Network.
• Apply logistics experience of progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector.
• Interface closely with Government clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Support completion of project tasks within established timeframes.
• Support presentations and client meetings.
• Perform assigned tasks using proven and repeatable processes.
• Prepare and submit contract deliverables in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

What We Are Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business or a logistics-related field.
• Proven experience in strategic communications, including technical writing and presentation development.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills for working with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) operations and processes.

Clearance and Eligibility

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizen required.

Location

• Remote. May be required to attend Senior Leader meetings at DLA Headquarters, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
