Adservio Luxembourg
Adservio Luxembourg is the Luxembourg arm of Adservio Group, 300+ consultants across Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg, 15 years serving regulated industries. We opened in Luxembourg in 2022 and work across financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, insurance and the public sector: wherever compliance is not optional and failure is not acceptable. You join our Operations team.
The context
With our team, you work for a European asset manager that is bringing client reporting, regulatory reporting, data governance and data dissemination together in a newly created Data & Client Reporting function. Your focus is client reporting, in an environment shaped by regulatory templates such as EET, EMT, EPT and KID/KIID.
Your mission
You give clients a clear, accurate and consistent view of their portfolios’ performance and positions.
Client reporting
- Prepare and distribute client reports on a regular basis, in line with established standards.
- Collect and analyse portfolio data to produce accurate, informative reports.
- Support and back up the regulatory reporting activity within the team.
Client and stakeholder communication
- Answer client questions on their reports and investment performance.
- Work closely with portfolio management, compliance and sales to keep information accurate and consistent.
Continuous improvement
- Contribute to projects that optimise reporting processes and report quality.
- Write functional specifications and work with architecture and IT on data processing: analysis, modelling, cleansing, mapping.
Your profile
What is essential
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in financial markets or IT.
- A good understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and their workflows.
- Business analysis experience, with exposure to data management and data visualisation in the financial industry.
- At least intermediate proficiency in SQL.
- The ability to navigate a conceptual data model.
What makes the difference
- Initial experience in reporting or data analysis in asset management.
- Python, Spark or another data-oriented language.
- Data modelling skills and familiarity with relational databases and business intelligence.
You take initiative, challenge the status quo and use evidence to explain decisions. You write clear procedures and adapt your message to technical and non-technical audiences, including in multidisciplinary teams.
Languages
Required: English and French.
What you’ll find with us
A tribe of senior peers. You join our data & AI tribe, with peer reviews and shared technology watch.
Expertise as a recognised status. Our Subject Matter Experts are named as such and called on by fellow consultants and clients across the group.
Regulated environments, across sectors. Your assignment is anchored in asset management, but our data and AI work runs across energy, transport, insurance and the public sector — and governance patterns travel.
A practice still being built, with a clear path. Our Luxembourg office opened in 2022 and is taking shape now, backed by a group of 300+ consultants. What you help put in place becomes the way we work, and our grade framework includes an expert track for those who choose depth over management.
How we hire
