About the job: As a Consultant, Financial Services, you will gain hands-on consulting experience in the financial services industry, building strong expertise across a diverse range of clients, projects, and solutions. You will apply your problem-solving and project management skills in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Degree holder Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or technology-related roles Good understanding of core business processes and products in private banking and/or insurance Experience in business analysis, system implementation, or transformation projects is advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders Demonstrates a proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn Conduct business analysis, including research, data collection, and client interviews/workshops to identify needs and translate them into well-structured solutions Drive the preparation and delivery of high-quality client presentations, including business proposals and recommendation decks Support and execute system implementation activities, including solution design and parameterization where required Ensure project documentation is comprehensive and aligned with processes for management review Maintain close interaction with clients through regular updates, stakeholder management, and relationship building Collaborate effectively within project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes Attractive fringe benefits and salary structures in line with the market Modern and central office space with good public transport connections Can-do mentality and one-spirit culture Varied events and employee initiatives
