OVERVIEW

As a Consultant in Global Sourcing Solutions, you will support sourcing buyers and category leaders in executing standard processes, managing supplier and stakeholder engagement, and delivering sourcing insights. You will work across contract and price administration, reporting, invoice and risk management, data governance, and Source-to-Pay activities. This role offers an opportunity to work with global teams, improve sourcing processes, and contribute to cost, compliance, and operational excellence. The Shift timings for this role is 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support contract and price administration, including forecasts, pricing updates, master file requests, non-disclosure agreements, and contract routing.
• Prepare category analytics, supplier reports, opportunity analysis, and post-bid value insights to support sourcing decisions.
• Provide guidance on Source-to-Pay processes, sourcing policies, system navigation, preferred-vendor governance, and supplier support.
• Manage invoice-related queries, including blocked invoices, payment-term exceptions, expedited payments, and accounts-payable coordination.
• Support supplier risk processes, including risk-assessment requests, supplier reviews, and third-party risk workflows.
• Maintain and improve master data, including supplier records, spend classification, taxonomy, purchasing groups, units of measure, lead times, and buyer information.
• Support supply and financial management activities, including forecasts, open-order reporting, supplier enablement, vendor allocations, rates, and budget plans.
• Contribute to category strategy, market intelligence, negotiations, continuous improvement, training, process documentation, and stakeholder reporting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, Operations, or Process Management.
• Basic proficiency in SAP APO, Excel, and data-visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement.
• Familiarity with Source-to-Pay processes and sourcing or procurement systems such as SAP, Maximo, Coupa, Taulia, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Experience in supplier management, contract administration, invoice management, risk processes, master data, or sourcing analytics.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
