We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Infor Syteline Consultant to support, enhance, and maintain Infor Syteline ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Syteline, combined with strong .NET and SQL skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing business processes. This role will involve application support, customization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Support, maintain, and enhance Infor Syteline (CSI) applications.
- Develop and customize solutions using .NET technologies.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Document technical designs, solutions, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing business processes.
Work Schedule
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts supporting global operations.
- Hybrid work model with office attendance as per organizational policy.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of IT experience.
- Hands-on experience with Infor Syteline (CSI).
- Strong experience in.NET / C# development.
- Strong SQL Server and database management skills.
- Experience in Syteline support, enhancements, customization, or implementation projects.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP integrations and data migration activities.
- Knowledge of application support and production environments.
- Prior experience in a global delivery or support model.
