LeavePlus is Victoria’s portable long service leave scheme for the building and construction industry, ensuring workers can accrue and access long service leave even as they move between employers.

As a Consultant - Member Benefits, you bring this mission to life by processing claims with empathy, accuracy and care, ensuring members receive the outcomes they’re entitled to while upholding legislative and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Process member and interstate claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.

• Resolve claim‑related enquiries with empathy, transparency and a relationship‑centred approach.

• Identify and address issues or complaints, escalating when needed and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Support the team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, service targets and operational priorities.

• Strong time management skills, initiative, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
