- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and in accordance with privacy and security requirements.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve filing structures, processes and project efficiency.
What you'll bring to the role
You are organised, reliable and enjoy working with detail. You're comfortable navigating systems and files, can follow established processes, and have the confidence to raise issues when something doesn't look right.
- A general understanding of the employee lifecycle and employment documentation.
- Experience in HR, People Operations, payroll, administration or records management, or current/recent study towards an HR qualification.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence working with folders, network drives, SharePoint and document management processes.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
- Experience with Dayforce or another HRIS/HCM platform (desirable but not essential).
