We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Consultant to join our Compliance & Resilience practice area, located in Paris (France) and support us on a broad range of compliance and resilience projects of different scope and complexity.

Our Compliance & Resilience team focuses on:

• Governance & operating model: supporting Allianz Group entities in designing and optimizing their compliance and resilience governance structures and operating models.
• Regulatory remediation: supporting clients in addressing regulatory findings and gaps through structured, practical remediation programs.
• Implementation of new regulatory requirements: helping entities interpret and translate new regulatory requirements into operational processes, controls, and tools.
• Transformation of the information security value chain: supporting the transformation of information security processes and capabilities across the value chain to strengthen resilience.

Key Responsibilities / You will get to:

• Support the delivery of engagements under the guidance of an Allianz Consulting Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant, ensuring compliance with project timelines and deliverables. You will contribute to solving client challenges, help facilitate workshops and meetings, and support client and stakeholder relationships.
• Support existing clients while contributing to the effective management of key accounts.
• Share ideas with the project lead regarding potential client needs that may lead to new project opportunities.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting's internal initiatives.

Key requirements/What we hope you bring:

• More than 2 years of experience in consulting and/or operational experience in compliance, risk, or resilience within an insurance company.
• Initial experience in the delivery of compliance, regulatory, or resilience projects within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive approach in day-to-day activities.
• Team player, enjoys challenges, and eager to evolve in a multicultural environment.
• Demonstrate very good knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption and emerging technologies
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification.

Desired requirements /skills /experience

• International professional experience.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
