Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions for staff at all levels

Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and procedures

Provide premium support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues through remote support and job queue management

Advise clients on best practices for system use and optimisation

Work independently to plan and deliver outcomes without heavy supervision

Conduct monthly client meetings to review progress, address issues, and set roadmaps for system improvements

Support change management and adoption of new features and processes

Collaborate with clients to design workflows that meet operational and compliance needs
-
Monitor and manage ongoing support requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

Document processes and maintain clear records of training and support activities

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance both internal practices and client outcomes
Requirements
Skills and Experience
-
Strong knowledge of aged care and disability service operations, including compliance requirements
-
Proven experience with client management systems in aged care or disability (Sandwai experience highly regarded)

Excellent computer and technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems

Ability to write clear, practical procedures and training documentation
-
Confident in delivering training in person and remotely, with patience and adaptability to different learning styles

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
-
Experience in setting client roadmaps and providing strategic system advice

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures while improving them where needed
Desirable

Experience in consulting or premium support roles within aged care or disability organisations
-
Knowledge of related systems such as HRIS, payroll, or finance software used in the sector

Familiarity with compliance frameworks and reporting in aged care and disability
