Notre consultant principal en comptes est responsable de:

• Servir de point de contact principal avec Kelly Services pour les clients existants dans la grande région de Montréal.
• Identifier des occasions de renforcer le partenariat et d’élargir l’offre de Kelly auprès des clients existants.
• Servir de premier point d’escalade pour résoudre tout problème lié aux clients.
• Servir de premier point de contact pour le personnel de Kelly affecté à des missions chez nos clients.
• Visiter régulièrement les clients en personne pour établir des relations et des partenariats significatifs.
• Coordonner avec les autres équipes de Kelly les efforts de recrutement.
• Fournir des orientations générales et des recommandations pour améliorer le service auprès de la clientèle prescrite.
• Gérer les demandes quotidiennes de compte, les modifications de personnel et les opérations flexibles.
• Coordonner l’intégration, y compris l’accès aux feuilles de temps et à la formation.
• Collaborer avec les responsables de comptes et les recruteurs sur les cycles de vente et les nouvelles opportunités d’affaires.
• Fournir un soutien pratique en recrutement au besoin.
• Soutenir une petite équipe en croissance au fur et à mesure du développement du marché de Montréal.

Compétences, connaissances et expériences essentielles:

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du recrutement (y compris le recrutement, la gestion de comptes et le suivi des talents) - requis
• Bilingue français et anglais - requis
• Expérience en milieu de travail pour le personnel industriel léger
• Esprit orienté solutions avec de bonnes compétences en communication
• Capacité démontrée à travailler de façon autonome dans une équipe de type start-up

Our Sr. Account Consultant is accountable for:

• Act as the primary point of contact with Kelly Services for existing customers in the greater Montreal area.
• Identify opportunities to further the partnership and expand Kelly’s offering within existing customers.
• Act as the first point of escalation in resolving any customer-related issues.
• Act as the first point of contact for Kelly talent placed on assignments at our customers.
• Routinely visit customers in person to drive meaningful relationships and partnerships.
• Coordinate with other teams at Kelly to organize recruiting efforts.
• Provide overall direction and recommendations on service improvement within the prescribed customer base.
• Handle daily account requests, staffing modifications, and flex operations.
• Coordinate onboarding, including timesheet and training access.
• Partner with Account Executives and recruiters on sales cycles and new business opportunities.
• Provide hands-on recruiting support when needed.
• Support a small, growing team as the Montreal market develops.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Minimum 5+ years of staffing industry experience (including recruiting, account management, and talent care) - required
• Bilingual fluency in French and English - required
• Experience working within a light industrial staffing operation
• Solutions-oriented demeanor with strong communication skills
• Proven ability to operate independently in a start-up team environment
