Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di implementazione SAP FI per clienti del settore pubblico, un’occasione per sviluppare competenze specialistiche sulla contabilità pubblica in SAP e contribuire a trasformazioni di grande scala.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• partecipare a workshop e interviste con le strutture business e IT del cliente per la raccolta e l’analisi dei requisiti;

• contribuire al disegno del modello to be, tenendo conto delle logiche della contabilità finanziaria e dei vincoli normativi propri del contesto pubblico;

• occuparti del customizing di SAP FI sulle aree di competenza, collaborando con il team per garantire la coerenza della soluzione;

• collaborare alla gestione delle integrazioni tra SAP FI e Funds Management, in affiancamento a colleghi più esperti;

• redigere e aggiornare la documentazione funzionale, dalle analisi di processo alle specifiche;

• eseguire i test SIT e UAT e supportare le attività di cutover, go live e stabilizzazione post avvio;

• supportare le attività di migrazione dei dati e le riconciliazioni contabili.

Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• hai maturato una prima esperienza come consulente SAP FI in progetti di implementazione o di supporto applicativo;

• conosci le principali aree di configurazione di SAP FI, dalla contabilità generale alla contabilità fornitori e clienti, fino ai cespiti; la conoscenza delle integrazioni con CO, MM e SD costituisce un plus;

• hai una buona conoscenza dei principi contabili;

• costituisce un plus la conoscenza della contabilità pubblica e dell’armonizzazione contabile, o l’esperienza su SAP PSM;

• hai buone capacità di analisi e di comunicazione e ti trovi a tuo agio nel confronto con il cliente;

• possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team;

• sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all’estero in base alle esigenze progettuali.

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 30.000 e € 34.000 per lo Staff Group e tra € 33.000 e € 41.000 per il Senior Group, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all’esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

Do you want to do truly meaningful, high-impact work? At KPMG you will have the opportunity to help clients, organisations and colleagues tackle and solve complex, real-world challenges.

KPMG Advisory supports businesses in transforming their business models, improving and digitalising their processes, analysing and managing risk, and carrying out extraordinary finance transactions.

As part of the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in SAP FI implementation projects for public sector clients, an opportunity to build specialist expertise in public sector accounting in SAP and contribute to large-scale transformations.

Specifically, you will:

• take part in workshops and interviews with the client’s business and IT teams for requirements gathering and analysis;

• contribute to the to-be model design, taking into account the logic of public financial accounting and the regulatory constraints of the public sector;

• handle SAP FI customizing for your areas of responsibility, working with the team to ensure a consistent solution;

• help manage integrations between SAP FI and Funds Management, alongside more experienced colleagues;

• prepare and update functional documentation, from process analysis to specifications;

• run SIT and UAT testing and support cutover, go-live and post go-live stabilisation;

• support data migration activities and accounting reconciliations.

Come As You Are – Your skills and attributes

This opportunity is perfect for you if you:

• have gained initial experience as an SAP FI consultant on implementation or application support projects;

• know the main SAP FI configuration areas, from general ledger to accounts payable and receivable and asset accounting; knowledge of integrations with CO, MM and SD is a plus;

• have a good understanding of accounting principles;

• ideally have knowledge of public sector accounting and accounting harmonisation rules, or experience with SAP PSM;

• have good analytical and communication skills and are comfortable working directly with clients;

• have a good command of English and enjoy working in a team;

• are willing to travel in Italy and abroad as project needs require.

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €34,000 for the Staff Group and from €33,000 to €41,000 for the Senior Group. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
