Adservio Luxembourg

Adservio Luxembourg is the Luxembourg arm of Adservio Group, 300+ consultants across Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg, 15 years serving regulated industries. We opened in Luxembourg in 2022 and work across financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, insurance and the public sector: wherever compliance is not optional and failure is not acceptable. You join our Technologies & Engineering team.

The context

With our team, you work for a Luxembourg bank on the production of its client documents: statements, advices and regulated correspondence, generated in volume and delivered on paper and digital channels. These documents carry MiFID II client reporting obligations, so content, layout and delivery must be right the first time. The engagement runs for twelve months or more.

Your mission

You turn structured client data into documents that are accurate, consistent and delivered on time, whatever the channel.

Template design and development

  • Design and develop document templates, from data mapping to final layout
  • Implement business rules: conditional content, multilingual versions, channel-specific output

Production and delivery

  • Configure and maintain the composition and output chain for print, PDF and digital channels
  • Monitor production runs and resolve incidents before they reach clients

Quality and change

  • Test documents end to end against source data and business specifications
  • Work with business teams and upstream data providers to specify and deliver changes

Your profile

You know how data, templates and output streams fit together, and where they break.

What is essential

  • At least three years of hands-on experience developing documents on Sefas
  • Solid grounding in document composition: templates, data mapping, print and digital output streams
  • Experience on high-volume client documents in a regulated environment
  • Master's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field

What makes the difference

  • Familiarity with output formats such as AFP, PDF and XML
  • Exposure to a core banking data environment
  • Experience in a Luxembourg banking environment

Languages

Required: English and French, professional working level · Asset: German

What you will find with us

A tribe of senior peers. You join our development tribe, with peer reviews and shared technology watch.

Expertise as a recognised status. Our Subject Matter Experts are named as such, and are called on by fellow consultants and by clients across the group.

Regulated environments, across sectors. Your assignment is anchored in banking, but our work runs across energy, transport, insurance and the public sector. You will not stay a single-sector consultant.

A practice still being built, with a clear path. Our Luxembourg office opened in 2022 and is taking shape now, backed by a group of 300+ consultants. What you help build becomes the way we work, and our explicit grade framework includes an expert track for those who choose depth over management.

How we hire

Application → Conversation with HR → Technical interview with your future peers → Feedback and decision. Whatever the outcome, you will hear back from us.
