Senior HR Health Care Consultant (part-time 40%)

International financial institution, Luxembourg, mostly remote

MTM Partners is a Luxembourg based consultancy firm. We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards expert to support the HR team of one of our clients.

The mission

• Start 1 December 2026, about 2 days a week, mostly remote, with 2 days a month on-site in Luxembourg
• Support the contracting and transition to a new healthcare provider
• Review the post-employment benefits framework, with a focus on healthcare: alternative fund models, peer benchmarking, and option papers for the Management Board
• Contribute to a Compensation & Benefits Review run with peer organisations
• Act as the go-to expert on payroll, rewards and employment matters

Your profile

• At least 10 years in compensation & benefits, total rewards or payroll (20 years is a plus)
• Proven experience within international organisations, EU institutions, IFIs or multilateral bodies
• Hands-on design or review of healthcare, insurance or post-employment benefit schemes
• Strong benchmarking and analytical skills, and confidence writing papers for senior management and boards
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and a university degree
• Nice to have: experience with benefits or insurance tenders, and Oracle Fusion or a similar HRIS
