Consultant / Senior Consultant - TechnologyOne - Talent Pooling

We are seeking experienced TechnologyOne Consultants (Senior & Principal) to join our growing team, delivering high-quality outcomes across a range of customer engagements, from short-term targeted engagements through to large-scale, multi-year transformation programs. You will play a key role in solution delivery across the full project lifecycle, working closely with our Data Migration, Change Management, and Test Management practices to ensure successful, holistic implementations. Duties and Responsibilities • Deliver end-to-end consulting services across TechnologyOne CiAnywhere (CiA) implementations, including solution design, configuration, validation, and testing support • Gather and analyse business requirements, assisting clients to define, refine, and optimise their processes • Configure and implement solutions including workflows, ETLs, BPAs, DocOnes, dashboards, and reporting • Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity across implementations • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, solution designs, and as-built artefacts • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes • Deliver customer training (remote and face-to-face) and support adoption across business stakeholders • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams • Collaborate with Project Managers, Change, Test, and Data specialists to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement Working Conditions: • Employment Type – Permanent full time or Part Time • Office Location – Anywhere within Australia and New Zealand • Work Arrangement - Hybrid • Travel Opportunities – Occasional business travel What will make you successful in this role? • 3+ years’ experience delivering TechnologyOne consulting solutions (CiAnywhere / CiA essential) • Proven experience in the design and implementation of business systems • Strong understanding of one or more TechnologyOne functional areas: o Financials o Enterprise Budgeting o HRP / Payroll o Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) o Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) o Property & Rating (CiA – Compliance & Revenue) • Experience working across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support • Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications and solution designs • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience delivering workshops, training, and customer-facing sessions • Hands-on experience with TechnologyOne tools such as ETLs, XLOne, BPA, DocOne (desirable) • Experience supporting or contributing to data migration activities (desirable) Why is this an exciting opportunity?
