Consulting Analyst

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote

Role Overview:

Part of the Professional Services team, you will be an integral member of the team, assisting Senior and Principal Consultants with critical, behind-the-scenes support on client implementation projects. In addition to assisting with data imports, your NetSuite skills will be invaluable in assisting with multiple aspects of product implementations. It is expected after working with implementation teams successfully in that capacity, candidates in this role will also progress to handling small-scale implementations on key products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide behind-the-scenes support (as a second set of hands) for our consulting team as they work through client technical challenges and projects

• Supply consulting team with NetSuite CSV data import back-office functional support on active projects – helping to format data templates, confirm accurate data format within templates and handling data import functions on projects

• Assist consultants in defining and refining saved searches, custom workflows and creation of custom fields, forms, and records

• Learn specific products (including all accounting impacts) and work towards handling a small portfolio of basic engagements on those products

• Collaborate with consulting team members on areas to best leverage your advanced NetSuite skills, providing coaching on NetSuite specific features where appropriate

• Participate in special projects as needed

What You’ll Need:

• 3-5 yrs hands-on experience in configuration and/or administration of NetSuite

• Accounting/Finance/Business background required

• Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite Import/Export functionality (and related mapping functionality)

• Experience with or knowledge of basic NetSuite Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes is essential

• Exceptional oral and written communications skills in English

• Ability to establish credibility & foster collaborative relationships across functional and geographically dispersed teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines

What Will Set You Apart:

• CPA is a plus

• Experience with NetSuite Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module is preferred

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

• Understanding of NetSuite workflows and schedules scripts preferred

• Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelines preferred
