  • Shape client strategy – Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions
  • Advance SIF prevention & human performance – Implement leading approaches to critical risk management and human performance integration
  • Strengthen safety culture – Lead diagnostics and transformation initiatives that influence behavior and leadership effectiveness
  • Drive business growth – Expand ERM’s Health & Safety services through client engagement, solution development, and thought leadership
  • Build capability – Mentor client teams and ERM consultants to elevate leadership, technical expertise, and delivery excellence

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years (10–15+ years preferred) of progressive EHS experience, including significant time in industry leadership roles or consulting environments
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale EHS or safety culture transformations
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) prevention and critical risk management
    • Human performance principles and application
    • Safety governance, culture, and leadership

Preferred

  • Experience working across multiple industries such as manufacturing, technology, biopharma, power, or mining
  • Proven ability to influence and engage executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong background in consulting, including project scoping, pricing, and business development
  • Experience developing executive-level deliverables such as strategy documents and board presentations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of EHS transformation programs, including SIF prevention, human performance, and culture change initiatives
  • Conduct and oversee enterprise assessments, audits, and maturity diagnostics, translating insights into actionable roadmaps
  • Facilitate executive workshops, leadership engagements, and field-based coaching to embed sustainable change
  • Manage complex projects across industries and EHS disciplines, ensuring delivery excellence across scope, schedule, and budget
  • Support scoping and pricing of projects aligned with client challenges and ERM standards
  • Develop executive-level deliverables, including strategy documents, transformation roadmaps, and board-ready presentations
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor at all organizational levels
  • Support and lead business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client presentations
  • Collaborate across ERM’s global network to deliver integrated solutions
  • Drive innovation by advancing ERM methodologies in SIF, human performance, and safety culture transformation
