What You'll Do
Act as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring a positive and consistent journey. Conduct onboarding, activations, and periodic follow-ups of Marketing Services solutions. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), engagement, and campaign results while identifying churn risks and upsell opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in Customer Success, Consultative Sales, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Services. Familiarity with B2B clients, preferably in SaaS, data, martech, or performance environments. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, metrics, and indicators.
