What You'll Do

Respond to escalations involving vulnerability from escalating teams in an empathetic manner. Monitor vulnerable customer profiles and escalate them as appropriate. Provide constructive feedback to help drive positive outcomes for customers and assist with handling escalated contacts for the team.

What We're Looking For

Comprehensive knowledge of Wise products and experience working with vulnerable customers. Ability to maintain composure and resilience while handling sensitive cases. Strong communication skills to educate and support internal teams.
